week one,day one

John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
I didn't get to post last night,was one of those days.
Got lots of callanetics done yesterday,and some quality time dancing also.
Got a great vid with zoe on belly rolls.Anyway,this is our general training goal for today:

* Kindalini yoga -

- Warm up
- 2 kriya's
- meditation
- close

Focus today:

* keeping my eyes softly closed
* relaxing further into each pose
* beaing patient
* ignoring the mond
* focusing on the middle eye.

My mind now is telling me not to do it and that it's too much.When the mind tries to stop me training,I ignore it and train anyway,I always feel better for it.
