Don't ever give in.
Don't ever stop trying.
Don't ever sell out.

pick yourself up, brush yourself off, whisper a prayer, and start where you left off.
But never, ever, ever give up.”

Our Swimming Session Awesome

This is an article about us going to the swimming baths. Heres my article about it.

this my article I have made to tell you how it
On the 10/august/2014, we decided to go swimming. So we set off,
on our bikes, and arrived at the swimming place.
which was awesome.
The first pool we went into, was the normal big
pool, and did some floating for 30 minutes.
And during that twenty minutes, we practiced some paddling.
In that firs part, I felt a bit chilli, but that's because there's no heating in it.
But that was alright. And when we were swimming on our backs, I felt more calm
and relaxed.
Then, we swam some lengths for a bit, but
we went right to the end of the pool, and
back. Which, for me, felt so amazing, because
we went right out of our dephs, and it was awesome. Then we went into the training pool, and swam for 10 minutes, and it was very fun.
I felt like I could relax in the water.
Then, after swimming in the training pool, we went into the back pool, which had an aqua flume
in it, and, suprise suprise, it was 1 meter deep all
round, and it was nice and warm to swim in
too. which was amazing to feel. the main aqua flume was active; people were going down it, and
it was so lovely to look at, because they had fun
coming out. Turns out, it's shallow when you come out. We had a lot of fun; we played a game, where one person had to pretend to be a
shark, and you had to count to ten, and chase the
other person; while the other person tries to get away. it's a really good and fun game to play, I
highly suggest it; it's fun!  Then at some point,
we needed to go to the toilet, and to have a cheese and onion roll. So we did, then we had a
nice shower before we went in again. Then, Mum
suggested that we stayed in the big pool; which I
felt a bit scared before we went in, but then,
imaged Jesus and me, swimming together. So we got in, and had a lot of fun lenghs to go, and then we went to the end, then, before we were fully back to the starting place, (which was in the 1 meter part), and Mum told me to do the doggie
paddle, but I didn't know to keep my body up, so
I was always kicking the ground, which is not the way to do it. Then Mum taught me how to do the doggie paddle; basically, you keep looking up to the celing, and you arched your back; and keep
a deep breath in, so you don't sink. So we swam some lenghs, but this time, we would twist into
doggie paddle, and back to the backstroke, during the lenghs. At the deep end of the pool,
Mum taught me how to relax in the doggie paddle, which was really helpful for me, because
before, I wasn't relaxing in the pool properly when I did the doggie paddle. So I mastered it, and we swam some more lenghs. But, when I chated to Mum while doing the doggie paddle, and then i sunk into the water, which was so scary, because it was so deep, that I couldn't touch the ground and push myself up, which was horrible, because I didn't know that was going to happen. But, thankfully, Mum rescued me out of the water, and helped me to the edge. And also,
I held my breath without holding my nose, which that also saved my life. But when I did sink, usuely, the cost-gaurds would through in the life
floatation thing, but they didn't. But thankfully, Mum helped me, and when we were okay, I gave Mum a big hug for saving me. Then, we carried on doing the lenghs, and this time, i was more focused and relaxed when swimming both the doggie paddle, and the backstroke. Then I finally got the hang of doggie paddle, and was alright.
Then, finally, we biked home in sunshine, and then Finn and me had an awesome 1 hour, and 30 minutes of games, which was really great, and a cheaky muffin. Finn today was also very calm,
very relaxed, and very confident in the water, which I admire a lot about Finn. And he helped me with my swimming, withj very good tips for
swimming. And that's all. That is the article about today, and I hpoe to see you soon...Byyyye
