“Don't ever give up.
Don't ever give in.
Don't ever stop trying.
Don't ever sell out.
And if you find yourself succumbing to one of the above for a brief moment,
pick yourself up, brush yourself off, whisper a prayer, and start where you left off.
But never, ever, ever give up.”

The Howling Gales

The Howling Gales

Through the dark cold nights of Winter,
The Wolves of Wind do talk,
Their voices roam from a gentle purr,
While others call like a mourning hawk.
Forever they call their sad, sad song,
Spirits trapped in the wind.
They sing for friends all night long,
They feel hurt, they feel sinned.
Their bodies take the form of a stormy cloud,
Their breath the breeze, voice the gales,
Letting out a ghostly sound,
Through the dark the call sails..
The wolves still feed,
Eating the Moons light.
But the Moon always leaves a Lunar seed,
Never fearing a slight.
Across the sky the wolves run,
Battlesong like a ghost.
But they cannot rival the Sun,
That is why Winter is their host.
